I have been a regular runner for over 25 years and competed up to international level. I have run and won many local races, including the Pub to Pub, NOSH and Soft Sand Classic and finished in the top 15 in City to Surf.
I am a Level 3 coach accredited with Athletics Australia and the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF).
Having run regularly almost all my life, I now have the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with others through coaching.
Whilst running is the most basic sport there is – it needs little equipment and can be done almost anywhere – that doesn’t mean it’s easy to know how to train or how to prepare for that big race. That’s where I can help.
I understand the training approaches that deliver results. But I also understand that all runners are different and that fitting a training programme around your day-to-day life is often the hardest part.
By providing a programme that delivers results, I aim to give you the maximum return from your hard work.
