Saturday Training in August
Updates over the next few weeks with races coming up:
Sat 18 August: Training is happening, but I won’t be there.
The session for the day is 1-3-5-3-1 minutes with 90 seconds recovery.
I am taking some teams to the Go Natural Multisport www.maxadventure.com.au/multisport/.
Saturday 25 August: No training – its the day before the Pub to Pub.
Saturday 1 September: Normal training resumes.
