Saturday Training – Next 2 Weeks

I will be away for 2 weeks over the July School Holidays – so will not be at the next 3 training groups.

I encourage you to turn up at 7:30am Saturday and train anyway.
Suggested sessions for the 3 Saturdays are below.

30 June: Warm up + 6 x 3 min (90 secs recovery) + warm down
7 July: Warm up + 5 x (2 x 2 min) (30 secs between, 2 1/2 min recovery) + warm down
14 July: Warm up + 2min, 4 min, 6min, 4min, 2 min (90 secs recovery)
