Running Drills Explained

Here are a few videos demonstrating the running drills we do:

High knees:
Focus: Don’t lean back; feet upwards – no ballerinas; everything straight forward & back.

Bum kicks
Focus: heels to bum

Seated arms
Focus: Arms at 90 degrees; everything straight forward & back

You can practice these yourself.
Its best to have somebody watch you to see if you are getting the focus areas right.
