Run Group Week Three Term Four
The running group this year is really fantastic. Reflecting on the group as I drove to work, it is so great to have such a large group and each runner being so positive on Wednesday mornings. Today’s session was relaxed, energetic and fun.
Warm-up was hops and hurdles – and then dynamic warm-ups which are working really well.
The session was 6 x 1 minute “bucket runs” – to see what distance and consistency each runner could achieve on each repetition.
The warm-down was skipping (though I skipped off to work – as I had a meeting to get to).
