Run Group Week One Term Two
Run Group is back!
It was great to see the group back again for more this term.
We did the standard Week One session – handicapped one lappers.
5 x one lap – with the first four on each rep starting 15m further back on the next one.
We also pre-handicapped some of the faster runners to make it even more even today.
Good to see the group is in good shape heading into Zone – and for Athletics Carnival tomorrow.
